Kauai's East Side

The "Coconut Coast," Kauai's East Side is a mystical region filled with history and culture. The landscape is dotted with clusters of coconut trees and it is here that the coconut grove comes to life. Wailua, a sacred and significant place, is accented by Wailua River. The Wailua River is the State of Hawaii's only navigable river. Great for water skiing and kayaking. The Wailua River State Park, Fern Grotto, Wailua Falls are just some of the excellent offering on Kauai's eastside. Opaekaa Falls is an unforgettable photo opportunity and has scenic peaks of Mount Waialeale and the Makaleha Mountains in the background. Across the street is a restored Hawaiian village on the riverbanks. A favorite mythical sight is the Sleeping Giant. Come and take a hike and enjoy both the ocean and valley views offered.

The golden sand beaches of the Coconut Coast will be high on anyone's list with Kelia, Donkey beach and Anahola in very close proximity. Call me for some special secret spots. Great Whale watching from Kelia Senic point.

Be sure to find time for a leisurely stroll through Kapaa Town to explore. There are some fine real estate finds with great values on the eastside. Be sure to check into the eastside real estate market. Residential country style living at its finest can be found minutes from the beach in Wailua Homesteads. Oceanfront condominiums are also very popular here on Kauai's Coconut Coast.
