Aloha and happy belated 1996! As we look to new goals this year, I hope that your loved ones are blessed with good health and happiness. In reflecting on the 1995 real estate market I feel that 1996 will prove to be a much more productive year here on Kauai. The mortgage rates have remained good for prospective buyers which should help all of Kauai's sellers. In looking at my last newsletter you will notice that there are actually less properties available on the marker now, than in 1993. If you have been thinking about selling your home, 1996 could be the time!

Of particular interest to the residents of the Wailua Homesteads:
On December 15, 1995 the county planning department granted a varianceand building permit for the corner of Kuamoo Rd. and 581 (Kamalu) to build a Convenience Store.
