My hopes are to continue to familiarize you with Kauai's Real Estate market conditions and help you make EDUCATED DECISIONS when buying or selling property. I have provided a graph showing the number of properties currently on the market today as compared with last year and the year prior. It is interesting to note that the numbers reflect a decrease in available residential homes and buildable lots and a slight increase in condominiums on the market on Kauai's eastside.
