Aloha! I would like to introduce my new Real Estate Newsletter, GregsWave.

It is my intention to keep you up to date on new properties currently for sale, properties that have just sold, and market conditions in general. All this is meant to help you make educated decisions when buying or selling property.

If your neighborhood sales data is not in this issue, don't worry! I will provide different eastside areas "SOLDS" in each new publication. There is too much information to supply it in one newsletter and I would like to give all the neighborhoods the same attention. If you have a specific request, please feel free to call me.
